How do you use your time?
Are you sure?
One way to be sure is to keep a time diary. I try to “check in” with myself a couple times a year to see how I’m actually spending my time, versus how I feel like I’m spending it. In this video, I walk you through setting up a time diary and talk a little about the method behind this admittedly time-consuming practice.
However, it’s not time-consuming forever. Track your time for one week (ideally) or even three days to see where your time really goes.
Next week, I’ll walk you through my actual time diary to see what the insights are about how I’m spending my time and how you can improve your week!
